  • We ship within 24–48 business hours of receiving the guest's payment. Once the invoice is settled, our team securely packs the item and sends it out via the most efficient carrier. Both you and the guest will receive automated tracking information.

  • No! While we recommend the Virtual Mailbox for year-round property management, the Guest Recovery Concierge is available as a standalone service for just $20/month. This gives you full access to our intake portal, secure storage, and logistics team without needing a mailbox address.

  • We treat every item with professional care. For high-value or fragile items, we use premium packing materials. If an item requires additional insurance or special crating, we will communicate that directly to the guest via the invoicing process to ensure they are comfortable with the shipping method.
